The Tailgate HOTBAG is manufactured by Check Corporation a leader in flexible heat technology using only the highest
quality materials and the latest technology to assemble each HOTBAG. All HOTBAG components and accessories are subjected to
rigorous testing to insure long-term durability and reliability.
TAILGATE HOTBAG WARRANTY
The Tailgate
HOTBAG and the HOTBAG system are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one year.
This limited warranty covers repair or replacement of HOTBAG components only and does not cover any costs related to or damage
resulting from use of the HOTBAG or the HOTBAG system. Improper use of this product will void the warranty.
Manufacturer's limited repair/replacement warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied,
including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or duties or warranties
arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade or common law. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for proximate,
incidental, consequential, or other damages including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits or production or injury
to person or property.
RETURNS
At the Tailgate Cook Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, it may be returned to us within 30 days for a
full refund. Contact us at: info@TailgateCookShop.com for return authorization number and return procedures. All returned
merchandise must be in new condition and include all packing materials, inserts and accessories. Make sure you include a copy
of your packing slip and/or sales receipt and ship by a means that will give you a shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Upon inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a credit for the cost of the goods. We will not issue a credit for the
original shipping or the return shipping.

and we will instruct you on your refund, replacement and return options.
SHIPPING
We have plenty of product
in stock so your order will generally be shipped via UPS Ground within 1 day of credit verification. We do not ship on Saturday
or Sunday. If we are not able to ship immediately for what ever reason, you will be contacted with anticipated timing and
given the option to cancel your order if you so desire.
